Talk Blogging

It is very confusing to pick just one type of software.
Right now i am looking at wordpress, movabletype, typepad.
Not sure if these are the best for my tasks.

MY GOALS:
1 - use the blog to promote my new website
2 - will need to have it customized to look like my website
3- will need to be able to upload one or two video a day (at most) onto the blog
4 - i don't write code/html etc. so would need to start basic - (how ever i am willing to learn)
