I am selling my site named www.askllora.com , i am selling this site because i am not able to update regularly.

Please note that the site has low alexa rank and low traffic of about 15-20 visits per day. This is all due to non update of site regularly and i am not able to take care of it.

But if we take a look on the revenue , then the site is approved by textlinkads , payperpost , and blogging ads. As i have now decided to sell so i have not done any oppurtunities with blogging ads and payperpost, but i got some ads from textlinkads.com so i accepted them and the site has started showing them.

I have now decided that i will transfer the site to wordpress and i will do this in 5 days or more.

I would like to share only the estimated revenue from this site,

I had a pr 3 site and i earned $580 in 1 month, and you can estimate that obviously the revenue from ppp will be more than $580 , more over it has been approved by blogging ads and textlinkads, so the total revenue if taken as minimum will be around $700 ( minimum )

So any body if interested can start with the BID.
